First, send an email to help@meadowbrook-ma.org letting us know.
To get the printer serviced quickly, please provide as much of the following information as possible:
- The location of the printer (ex: printer outside Faculty Room, 3rd floor MacDowell printer, etc.)
- The symptoms in as much detail as possible (ex: onscreen error, out of paper, no login screen, etc.)
- Optional: The printer model and ID number
