School-Pass Running Change Reports

As a classroom teacher, you will receive email notifications when a parent makes a change to a student's pickup plans. However, at the end of the day, it may be helpful to see all the student pickup plans, including changes and non-changes, to review with students how they'll be going home that day.

Follow these instructions to run a change report.

Log in to the School-Pass Website

Using your School-Pass account, log into the school-pass website.

NOTE: Meadowbrook faculty log into School-Pass at meadowbrook.school-pass.net. Faculty do not use the mobile app, even if using school-pass on a mobile device. The app is for parents, while the website is for schools. On a mobile device, simply go to meadowbrook.school-pass.net on your device's browser.

If you forget your password, use the "receive a new password via email" link.

Select Reports

In the left navigation, select Reports to enter the Report area of School-Pass

Select Dismissal Location Changes Report

Select the Dismissal Location Changes Report. (1)

Check your dismissal location (staging area) (20 , ensure Full Class is selected, (3) and click Run Report (4)

Review the report

This report will show the students assigned to your staging area, and what car they'll be riding home in. It's a great idea to review changes with students so they are aware of any changes.

You can optionally print the report by clicking Print All in the top right
