How do I display School-Pass for the Classroom Dismissal Duty?

If you have the classroom dismissal duty, you will need to project the filtered view of School-Pass for the students in the room. Follow these instructions to ensure you are filtering correctly for the students in the classroom.

Log in to School Pass and enter Carline

Set your filtering settings

Click the green filter button in the top right, to set your filtering options.

Set your location

Click the blue Change button.

Then, set your classroom to match the students you have in the room.

Recommended filtering settings

Please use the following settings:

Set your location to the students in the classroom
Sort Desc so the cars that entered carline first (those at the front of the line) are displayed at the top of the screen.
Turn the Sound on so an audible notification will be heard when a student in your class needs to leave for carline
Turn Images on so students see their photos on the screen
Turn Full screen on so the school pass list is as large and visible as possible
Turn auto-refresh on so the list automatically updates.
Ensure the pickup area and dismissal times are correct for your dismissal
