How do I let After School know I need to pick up my child early from after school or cancel my after school needs in School-Pass?

Follow these instructions to make a change to your schedule to pick your child up from After School.

You must pick up in person in the after school location unless your time matches a dismissal time (3:10 or 4:20).

If you wish to pick your child up in the after school classroom...

If you'd like to pick your child up in the building, there's no action needed in School Pass. Simply park, enter the building and check your child out in person in the after school location.

If you wish to pick your child up in the car line..

If you'd like to pick your child up through carline but at an earlier time, you will need to cancel your afterschool events for after the carline. For instance, if you'd like to pick up at 4:20, you'd cancel the 4:20-5:45 after school time. If you'd like to pick up at 3:10, you'd need to cancel both the 3:10 - 4:20 after school and the 4:20 - 5:45 times.

To do so click on the activity on the date you need to cancel

Click the X next to the activity.

Click Yes to cancel the activity. "Cancel this change" means you are cancelling the scheduled activity - not your attempt to make a change at this current time.
