VPN Connection with MFA

1. Open the Cisco AnyConnect VPN client - if you cannot find it, you can search for "AnyConnect" and it will come up. You should see a window like this:

2. Click the "Connect Button" you will be presented with a login prompt and drop down. IMPORTANT: You must select "MB-ISE" from the dropdown. Then enter your username and password per usual.

3. If you have set up Duo properly as in this article (https://help.meadowbrook-ma.org/a/solutions/articles/19000097132) your phone should ding, at which point you need to open the Duo App and click Accept to allow the connection. Once that is complete the VPN client will connect and you can proceed as your normally would.
