Login With Temporary Password
- Go to https://password.meadowbrook-ma.org/.

Do not use the "Forgot your password?" section that pops up by default. Instead, click the "Log in" section below it. This will expand the Log In section.
- Type your username (without @meadowbrook-ma.org) and temporary password you received into the "Username" and "Password" fields, then click the "Login" button.
Enabling Multi-Factor Authentication
- You will be brought to the password change page. A message should pop up about enrolling in increased password changing powers. Click on "Click here" to continue to the next screen.
- We require multi-factor authentication (MFA) for additional security with your account. To set this up, type your mobile phone number in the "Enter mobile number" field, then click "Send Code".
- After clicking "Send Code", you will receive a text message with a 8-digit numeric code. Type that code into the "Enter verification code" field, then hit "Verify Code and Continue".
Changing Password
- From this main page, click "Change Password" in the top left corner.
- You will be prompted to create a new password. Enter the temporary password in the "Old Password" field, and your new password in the "New Password" and "Confirm New Password" field. A list of requirements are located below the password entry fields. Once you have created a password that fulfills the requirements, click the "Change Password" button.
- Once you are successful, the following message will pop up. Your password has been changed!
