How do I print without installing anything (PaperCut WebPrint)?
Follow these instructions to print at meadowbrook without installing a printer. This method is a great backup - if you ever find yourself in one of the following situations: You are borrowing a loaner computer from the library You have a new computer and can't setup the Meadowbrook printer You have any issues with the Meadowbrook printer and need to print before getting help from the help desk. Go to print.meadowbrook-ma.org This website will only work on campus. Log in with your Meadowbrook username and password Click Web Print Submit a Job Enter the number of copies Enter the number of copies Click Upload Documents

How do I find my printing PIN?
print.meadowbrook-ma.org will only work on campus 1. Go to print.meadowbrook-ma.org and log in with your Meadowbrook username (without the @meadowbrook-ma.org) and password. 2. In the top left, click the green “show” button to see your PIN code. Remember this PIN code - it will be used at the printer to retrieve your prints.

How do I Fax?
Sending a Fax You can send a fax from any of the new HP color print/copiers through the scan to email function. To do so, sign into the copier with your card or pin number. Select Email Delete the To: Name, and replace it with XXXXXXXXXX@fax.tpx.com, where the first part of the email is the 10-digit fax number. Optionally, add the address to your address book. You will see Status: Success once the email is sent. Important: If you would like confirmation that the fax was received by your recipient, contact Pam Ulrickson who can verify sent faxes. Be sure to sign out afterward. Receiving a fax Faxes are received digitally by the front desk, who will then forward faxes on to the appropriate party.

What should I do if a printer is not working?
1. Notify the help desk First, send an email to help@meadowbrook-ma.org letting us know. To get the printer serviced quickly, please provide as much of the following information as possible: The location of the printer (ex: printer outside Faculty Room, 3rd floor MacDowell printer, etc.) The symptoms in as much detail as possible (ex: onscreen error, out of paper, no login screen, etc.) Optional: The printer model and ID number 2. Attempt to print at another printer on Campus The list of available printers and their capabilities can be viewed here If you're having trouble printing from multiple printers, email the help desk at help@meadowbrook-ma.org for further assistance.

Guest Printing
Connect to guest wireless network. Send email with attachment to be printed to guestprinter@meadowbrook-ma.org Collect printed file at Main Reception in LSLC (Pam Ulrickson's desk) Attachments can be Microsoft Office documents, PDF files or various image files. Specific file types are listed in the table below: NOTE: Maximum attachment size = 25 megabyte Word files (.doc, .docx) Excel files (.xls, .xlsx) PowerPoint files (.ppt, .pptx) PDF files (.pdf) JPG files (.jpg) TIF files (.tif) PNG files (.png)

How do I scan a document and send in email?
Approach any copier located around classrooms in the building and sign in with your credentials. The main menu should display after you login with your username and password. To scan your document, select scan to email from the bottom left icon. Next a form will populate for you to fill in. Using the keyboard on the copier, type your email address you'd like the email to be sent from as well as the recipient of your emailed scan below that. You are welcome to title the email whatever you would prefer as well as fill out message text to the recipient from this list. Place the sheet ontop of the scanner glass after carefully lifting the top up. Position the paper all the way towards the left hand side, angled in the corner and carefully close the top of the scanner. Once the top is closed, turn your attention to the right hand column, this is where your scanned image will display. Lightly tap into this box and the scanner will begin scanning your document. the newly scanned document will appear on the right hand side now that your scan is complete. Now you just need to ensure all of the recipient information previously entered is correct and that your scan is accurate and clear. Select the green Send button on the bottom right of the screen to send your scan to your recipient. You can also save this job for use later on a prompt that appears after sending to your end user.

How do I use my access card/key fob at the printers?
You can register your key fob or access fob at many of our printers. Using the card or fob is often quicker, as well as one less thing to remember! To set up your card or fob, follow these instructions. Swipe your card/fob Swipe your key card/fob at any printer. Log in using your Meadowbrook username and password Touch "Next" to start the registration process. Log in using your Meadowbrook username and password. Note: your Meadowbrook username is the part of your email before @meadowbrook-ma.org (not including it). You should receive a message that it's been successful Success! Now you can log into most printers via your newly registered card/fob.

Installing PaperCut on MacOS
Navigate to System Preferences > Printers and Scanners. Click the + icon under the Printers List. The Add dialog is displayed. It displays a list of all of the discovered printers on the network. (You must be on the Meadowbrook Wifi to do this.) Select papercutvirtualqueue. The Name, Location, and Use is displayed. At the bottom of the dialog box, check that Use is set to Secure AirPrint. If Secure AirPrint isn't displayed: Close the Add dialog. Disconnect from the network, then reconnect to it again. Check if you can see Secure AirPrint now. If you can't, contact your System Administrator. Click Add. Print your document. When prompted, enter your Meadowbrook School Google username and password.

How do I print multiple photos from an iPad?
From the iPad, open Apple Photos Airdrop the photos to your mac We will wirelessly, seemlessly and oh-so magically transfer the photos from the iPad to our mac using the power of AirDrop(tm). Tap Select in the top right to start selecting the photos. Select the photos You can select entire groups of photos or photos individually. Then, tap the "get me out of this box" (Share) button On your mac, open finder and then AirDrop To open finder, click the blue smiley face in the far left of the dock. Then click AirDrop. Be sure Allow me to be discovered by: is set to Everyone. On the iPad, the mac should appear. Tap the mac to request the transfer On the mac, Open the photos in Apple Photos
